Freepress.net, Harvard Kennedy school, KingCast and others all support Boston Media Reform.

Here is the freepress.net website. Stay tuned this evening or tomorrow morning for footage of last night's panel discussion at the Charles Hotel. Strengthening the presence of alternative media is the general theme going on here, and I like it. I got a chance to share some of the things I have observed with Capitol Access TV in Concord, NH about how the GOP and Senator Kelly Ayotte have an agenda that is all about suppression of free press. Google KingCast v. Ayotte et al. NH Dist. 2010-CV-501.

KingCast chillin' with POTUS and Cape Media News, nobody threatened with arrest as U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte, GOP, Nashua PD are wont to do.

Dow Jones Local Media Group's Cape Media News are a good group of folks, earnest, Good People.

Kelly Ayotte, I'm going to get you for what you and the GOP and Nashua PD -- who love to destroy evidence while you lie about it -- did to me. Incidentally, only 215 people have read the True Final First Amended Complaint, but +2,005 have read the First Complaint, which was incorrectly-labeled as the First Amended Complaint for a few days.

So Martha, I haven't forgotten what you said about me somehow threatening you or whatever. Stick around my friend.

A tea party group's endorsement of Kelly Ayotte is at odds with the moderate image the GOP sought for her.

I am now in touch with National Journal reporter Lindsey Boerma, who noted:
While the Washington GOP establishment is reportedly courting Ayotte as the “younger, dynamic female senator” emblematic of their new moderate fa├žade, she's apparently seeking the tea party's seal of approval.
"We only get into races when we are asked,” said FreedomWorks spokesman Adam Brandon, indicating that Ayotte sought out the group's support. Brandon said FreedomWorks made the endorsement only after gaining "consensus from our guys on the ground -- we can’t endorse if our activists’ membership is spilt."
I don't know if the Tea Party's official stance is to trounce any adverse media it can, perhaps Kelly is leading the way on that, read yesterday's post (with related video) on the GOP/Tea Party run-and-hide removal of my Civil Rights Free Press lawsuit and watch all Kelly Ayotte/GOP videos at YouTube KingCast65.

Editor & Publisher to follow Marinova v. Herald et al, and KingCast v. Kelly Ayotte & GOP cases.

Editor & Publisher is a fantastic resource. And with just a few quick keystrokes, they are now fully aware of the heinous nature of both of these cases.
I.  Marinova v. Boston Herald et al., Suffolk Superior 2010-01316.
II. KingCast v. U.S. Senate Hopeful Kelly Ayotte, GOP (to be filed next week).

Res Ipsa: GOP, Joe Arpaio, Kelly Ayotte and Karen Thoman are racist, hegemonic tools.

Cross Post: Firedoglake.

You can determine the integrity of any given candidate for any given position by observing how they embrace -- or disavow -- Open Government principles.

The GOP, Kelly Ayotte and Nashua NH Republican Secretary and Membership Committee Chair Karen Thoman are abject failures on that count.

In life, sometimes you have to take a stand on your First Amendment Principles. This is my stand, and I will make it with all of the resolution with which I correctly made my stand on Free Speech in Nashua City Schools in 2007, as noted in the video.

Here is your back story in three succinct posts:
1. The offensive conduct.
2. The requested apology from the GOP.
3. The Amy Goodman/Democracy Now! related litigation against the GOP.
